1. Commission Process
I will provide regular progress updates approximately every one to two days to ensure alignment with your vision. You will be asked to review and approve major stages of the artwork, including the sketch, line art, color application, and final detailing.The goal is to achieve the highest level of satisfaction based on your expectations. To ensure this, it is essential that we establish a clear and well-defined concept before the work begins. Open and consistent communication is key to a successful collaboration.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are accepted via PayPal or Gcash.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before the illustration process commences.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to final file delivery.
Payment plans for larger or more detailed projects (e.g., multiple illustrations or character sheets) may be arranged upon mutual agreement before the project begins.
All prices are in USD and PH PESO unless otherwise stated.
3. Content Policy
Accepted Content: Most types of artwork are welcome, as long as the concept is discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Restricted Content: I reserve the right to decline commissions containing explicit or sensitive material, including but not limited to extreme gore, underage characters, bestiality, or depictions of abuse.
4. Timeline and Delivery
The estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated before starting the project.
Completion time may vary depending on project complexity or external factors (e.g., revisions or unforeseen circumstances). Any delays will be promptly communicated.
The final, high-resolution file(s) will be delivered only after full payment is received.
Delivery will be made digitally, unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Revisions
Minor adjustments are allowed during each progress update stage (sketch, line art, and coloring).
Major revisions after final approval or excessive change requests may incur additional fees.
Once the final artwork is delivered, further changes are not included in the original commission fee.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the artist’s time and preparation.
If a full payment has already been made and the project has not yet started, a partial refund may be negotiated.
If the artist cancels the project for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
7. Usage Rights and Licensing
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise specified.
Commercial usage rights (e.g., for merchandise, promotional use, or resale) require an additional licensing fee, agreed upon before work begins.
The client may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork for profit without permission and appropriate licensing.
The artist retains full copyright and moral rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, art galleries, and social media, unless the client requests confidentiality.
The artwork may not be used, altered, or uploaded for AI training, NFT creation, or blockchain-related activities under any circumstances.
8. Confidentiality
Any private information, reference materials, or correspondence related to the project will be treated confidentially and will not be shared without consent.
9. Credits
Whenever the commissioned artwork is shared publicly (e.g., on social media), proper credit must be given to the artist, typically by tagging or mentioning the artist’s handle.
10. Agreement
By commissioning the artist, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
